Interplast office building

The Interplast Company was founded in 1995, as an enterprise specialized in manufacturing and installation of plastic windows, doors, stained-glass windows, building fronts, and winter gardens.

The production process is based on the application of modern window technologies of our business partners from Germany — REHAU and SALAMANDER companies. These companies are recognized world leaders in the area of modern window technology. The employed profile systems allow the equipment user to manufacture a broad spectrum of elite products, products for mass construction, and northern version products.

In 2001 the Interplast Company launched a new window production series, based on the window profile models manufactured by the Russian-Austrian joint company called “Ural Profile”. A unique profile system design was developed especially for the regions of Northern Russia. There are no analogues for this system type in the world.

In the production process, we use worldwide known fittings produced by the AUBI company from Germany. We employ a new technology of bending PVC-profiles and original equipment of our own design. The Interplast Company is capable of manufacturing windows of various non-standard configurations (round, oval, triangular, and any other type).

The equipment set for PVC-profile arch production has undergone a thorough testing under real production conditions. As the result, in 1999 the Interplast Company started batch production of this equipment.

PVC bending equipment

In February 2001 the company was awarded a special Diploma and a small Gold Medal of the Siberian Trade Fair — “For the development and introduction of the equipment production and rigging for manufacturing curvilinear elements made of PVC-profile”. In June 2001 the company received a Diploma of the Second International Exhibition of Windows, Doors and Facades, and Window W+D+F Technologies — “For the best development and application of unique domestic technologies”. The company is also a recipient of several diplomas of other trade fairs in Russia.

Mr. V. Shaburov, General Director, is the holder of a personal certificate issued by the Russian Ministry of Building Construction, which authorizes him to conduct professional activity in the building construction area.
