For the first time, a unique technique of PVC-profile heating by means of infrared-radiating ceramic elements was developed and patented. Together with the application of efficient heat insulators, this method allows the user to reduce the electric power consumption in 2—3 times, compared to the best foreign models currently available on the market.
The user does not have to apply massive jigs of various radii. For the first time, a new technique of the formation of a universal jig of any curvature with the help of vacuum-stickers was employed and patented.
